I'm a 0-to-1 launcher. For 13 years inside TheSoul Group (one of the world's largest digital studios), my job was finding white-space opportunities and turning them into operating businesses with real audiences and real revenue.
That meant building 5-Minute Crafts from a blank channel into one of the most-watched destinations on YouTube. It meant launching channels that collectively reached tens of millions of subscribers. It meant co-leading the team behind TheSoul Sound, the group's music label, now home to viral hit "Busy Bee" (3B+ YouTube streams). And directing the team that built a cutting-edge internal AI-agent platform for content production, now deployed in TheSoul's production pipeline.
I'm the one who sees the format, assembles the team, and ships the thing. Product vision and team orchestration is my edge — I direct, I don't engineer. AI-fluent enough to vibe-prototype with Claude Code when needed, which keeps me unblocked between ideas and execution.
